The high focus on root cause analysis through 7QC tools enables us to continuously improve and reduce repeated errors. It also helps us identify areas for further strengthening from man, material, method and machinery. A regular internal and external audit of our systems ensures these practices are in place and met as per standards.

Environmentally our products are continuously being worked upon to reduce wastage, size and material consumption without compromising on quality. There are improvements initiated in our product packing to change it rom wooden to MS and minimize plastic consumption in the process. All our designs are safe and reliable and the same is validated through third party inspections.
