Manufacturing infrastructure based in Delhi NCR is spread over 180,000 sq. ft. of area.

This is divided in three units, which houses fabrication, paint-shop and assembly. All shop floors are laid out as per flow manufacturing and TQM requirements to minimize non-essential movement of man and material.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing infrastructure based in delhi NCR is spread over 1.5 lac sq. ft. of area equipped with state-of-the-art technology & tools for precision workmanship. It is one of the best facilities in the country that can be held up to any global standard.

This is divided in three units, which houses fabrication, paint-shop and assembly. All shop floors are laid out as per flow manufacturing and TQM requirements to minimize non-essential movement of man and material. We are now consciously making our shop floors digital and smart to eliminate paper and communicate through web enables technologies.

Fabrication

The fully bolted panel construction is made on the world’s most renowned CNC Servo Turret Punch & Press Brake Machine of AMADA, Japan for utmost speed & precision. It’s a CAD_CAM integrated machine with 240 sheet auto loader-unloader. The fabrication facility serves as a test-bed leading to development, demonstrating and integrating advanced mechanical design technologies.
Type-AU-03 CRCA sheets are directly sourced from TATA Steels Ltd in order to maintain product excellence.

 

Key Features of fabrication

  • Fabrication shop with fully automated loading and punching Japanese machine that can be operated without manual intervention for 48 hours.
  • 100% computer generated BOM for all fabricated parts is made for all products.
  • 3D modeling of new product development can be done on global softwares like Pro Panel, Solid Edge & Inventer.
  • All Internal components are punched in AluZinc sheet to improve product quality

Paintshop

TRICOLITE can boast of its world-class automated Camelback Epoxy powder coating plant. The highlights of the plant are:

  • World-class Automated & Conveyorized Camelback Epoxy powder coating plant spread over 20,000 sq. feet with 28 spray tanks for
  • pre-treatment of steel
  • Online Temperature Monitoring of Degreasing, Phosphating & Passivation Tanks
  • Independent Paint Booth with Swizz GEMA Electrostatic Guns for Powder Coating
  • Heavy-duty Drying and Painting ovens that bake the powder at a consistent 200 degree Celsius for more than 30 minutes.

Key Features of Paintshop

  • It is spread over 20,000 sq. feet with twenty eight spray tanks for pre-treatment of steel.
  • Pre-treatment is done through Hot Phosphate process with online Temperature Monitoring of degreasing, phosphating, and passivation tanks.
  • The fully conveyorized Camelback plant, with GEMA Electrostatic Guns for Powder Coating from Switzerland ensures perfection throughout the process.
  • Separate Paint Booth and heavy duty drying and painting ovens are used to bake the powder at a consistent 200 degree Celsius for more than 30 minutes.
